Work/Jobs available?

Hi everyone, I am an experienced 25 year appraiser and even worked for Fannie Mae in Dallas doing forensic reviews and for the life of me now I can't even get work. I am on several AMC list however its not giving me very much work. Im in Georgia. Is it that I am on the wrong list or does anyone know of any remote work or staff jobs in Georgia. thanks
