Default Great feature on your appraisal board site

I just sent out an email to about 30 SC folks from my email list to get them to visit here.

There are probably far too few names on this list.

Ive looked at that a couple of times waiting for someone in my area to pop up. I think all states have that feature actually, but I dont know for sure.

As anyone can tell, I am all too familiar with that page.

A prime example of a skippy mill education and my coming to my senses.

At any rate, that was back before I had my license and I had no say in the comps selected for our reports.

If I only knew then what I know now.

Oh well. Live and learn....die and forget it all.

The penalty the state gave them seems to be a bit lax imho.

I used to work for a similar company. Thank god the guy did not have me sign any of the reports and my name is nowhere on them. It set me back about 3 months in my minimum 2 years as an apprentice but worth it. I feel that I should report him and his wife for the kind of business they conduct.

Notice this list goes all the way back to 2003. Pretty short list for a state which has more than 3000 licensed appraisers not including trainees. I guess it's just a really honest state.
