I am just curious about this since I am only beginning to set up a contact management system so I can get more referrals and repeat business from past customers.

If I would have only been doing this for the past 10 years I would have been set!!!

I recently learned from an expert marketer and real estate appraiser how he uses contact management systems to stay in touch with past and potential customers. The system is amazing!

I am looking in to use some services like instant contact, send out cards or maybe vertical response. Has anyone had any experiences using these systems?

I am learning how to implement all this and how to set up a really awesome system.... as I said, if I was doing this for the past 10 years I wouldn't have let the hvcc mess me up so much and most likely would be doing a lot more non-lender work.

A little over a year ago I changed my focus. Results will not come quickly but they will come. Contact management is nice, but people still need to see your face. I am constantly stopping into real estate offices and I co-sponsor a few realtor events a year. It costs me a whopping $200. Well worth it. Another hint is to always thank the realtor and let them know you are taking of their client.
