Default FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area

I can find the definitions of the zones, but no where can I find the defintion of "FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area" and what zones fall into this area. I'm doing a property in the "B" zone, which I haven't come across before. I know A is in the special hazard zone, and B is similar, but is there something in writing that says what the SPECIAL HAZARD zones are?

Zone B is the 100 to 500 year (.02%) flood zone and is not a Special FEMA Flood Hazard Area.

It needs to be in one of the "A" flavors to be considered in the Special status.
