I attribute my recent problems to another Windows recommended "upgrade". Anyway, everything seems to be fine, but for no reason my computer is freezing up. I attempt to move cursor with the mouse and nothing happens. Crtl-Alt-Del doesn't work either. I have to shut down to be able to use the computer again.

One really annoying problem is when I type in MS Outlook, the words appear delayed from when I typed them. It's like some kind of memory overload problem or something. Any ideas on how to correct this irritating problem?

Sounds like the WinLogOn download. I too down loaded it with a recent "secuity patch" and deleted it with HiJackThis.

I tried this but saw no WinLogOn in the list. I despise Windows and their constantly updating patch scheme.

I downloaded a windows update on my home computer. It screwed up my computer so bad I had to pull out the operating system disk and start over again.

No more windows updates for me. If it happened on the work computer I would have been severely angry.

This tool fixed my problem. It takes hours to run, but hey, saved me maybe a hundred bucks of calling a tech. Just wish I had found it sooner before wasting hours trying other solutions. Gets rid of wasted disk space, removes viruses, and improves computer performance.

D - its also extremely difficult to remove after it conflicts with other essential programs - be careful.
