Default 2055-drive by

How is it a drive-by if I have to get out the car to take rear photo.

You know people looking at you like your crazy cuz you have to walk through there backyard and taking a pic of thier neighbors/owners house.

How do you feel about it? One time I ended up with a guy and is dogs ready to mess me up. LOL not good times.

You need to re-read the pre-printed SOW on the 2055.

I not only get out of the car, I go in the house!

Seriously, too much liability to do a drive-by now days.

You are liable to get shot or charged with trespassing.

Glad you are still alive. You do that around here and you'll probably get shot. Drive by means DRIVE BY. If you are out tramping all over property you are not invited to, you are trespassing, and probably will wind up with a very bad day eventually. If your lender is requiring front and rear, you need to tell them to stuff it.

Drive-by is a termed used by AMC monkeys. Appraisers should call the product exterior-only.

Jim,

I always try to get a rear pic, if I cannot that is not part of the scope of work on that is preprinted on the form. Nobody has ever asked me to go back and get it.
