Can anyone tell me where I can find a sample of a completed 1007?

Suggestion:

Why not ask a few of the questions that you must have on your mind reqarding the completion of the form? Some specific questions may yield you better results than taking a look at a completed form.

Just a thought.

I have enough rental data for the form, but I would like to be able to make an acceptable comment and final reconciliation of market rent. This is the first rent schedule I have had a request for in 11 years in my area. I would like to read some other comments.

Fair enough. But I think your client would like to hear what YOU think about the market and rents.

Just explain it. No need for fancy appraiser talk. I think all too often we get caught up in trying to write using expert type language. I say what the range of rent is, the averge rent (in BR, SF, or whatever makes sense), and how I came up with the expected market rent.
