Completion Inspection Report
hello fellow appraisers,
I did an FHA appraisal a few weeks ago and the lender is requesting a cert for completions on reapairs on a 1004D form. Is this ok? I thought we had to do this on the CIR form. Or could it be that this lender has to be educated? |

Yup. The client is in error. They need the CIR.
