Default Old Detroit Zoning Code

Does anyone have the zoning requriements for "401 residential"

I didn't think so!

Really, I was wondering if anyone had a link or a copy of the pre Dec 2005 zoning code with R-1 zoning requirements available.

Thanks.

DETROIT ZONING ORDINANCE
(ZONING MAPS ONLY)
On 29 May 2005 a new zoning ordinance for the City of Detroit (chapter 61 of the 1984 Detroit City Code) took effect. The text of the new zoning ordinance will soon be posted on municode.com; however, until that time, the complete text of Detroit's Zoning Ordinance may be viewed through the website of the City of Detroit's City Planning Commission:

Please note that the City of Detroit's website provides zoning text information but does not yet include zoning map information. As a courtesy to the public, municode.Com continues to display Detroit's 78 zoning maps from the recently repealed zoning ordinance.

The zoning map information continues to be accurate except that recent rezonings have occurred on land depicted on maps 1, 2, 29, and 30.

The Detroit City Planning Commission is able to respond to any zoning map inquiries and can be reached at (313)224-6225 during regular business hours, Eastern time.
