Exclamation Form 1004 MC Market Conditions Form

Please, I am being forced to use the New Form 1004 MC before the date set by the Feds.

How do we calculate the Comparables Sales Days on Market as Opposed to the Comparable Listing Days on Market???

Or, what is the difference between Sales Days on Market and Listing Days on Market?

Depending on how the MLS calculated DOM, they could be the same?

Please respond ASAP. TIA, Steve

The easiest way is to export the data into a spreadsheet.

The database is not up to the same standard as the other programs, my 1004MC application will not work in it. The rest of the suite is very good.

I have not used the database program, but the other programs work great and I highly recommend them, especially since they are free.

George's program works well once you figure out how your MLS provider deals with the data.
