Default ? Does anyone have a worksheet for 1004mc that works with Tempo Socal MLS

I have seen different worksheets that work with different MLS systems, such as matrix, metro, etc... But does anyone have a worksheet designed to work with the Tempo Socal MLS? And if so, would you be kind enough to share? Much appreciated.

Word on the street is that the worksheet I built for Tempo 5 as used by Sandicor also works with the Tempo 3 system used by SoCal MLS.

I have pretty much configured my MLS to find this data, but when importing into the worksheet, the DOM and OMD is pounded out. My Tempo does not have the option of offmarket date, just closed date and Coe date/end date. So I choose these two. When I look into that field, the correct date it closed is there, but so is the time it closed. I guess it is pounding it out due to the size of the spreadsheet is too small to fit date and time of day. How do I configure the mls to get rid of time of day it closed. I really don't need that info.

The pound signs are only there because the column width is too narrow to display them. If you want to see dates instead of pound signs just widen the columns. If you want to omit the time, you can right click on those columns, go to "format" and choose a different display option under the "date" category. You can either do this while the data is still in your download file (before you copy/paste it into the worksheet) or you can do it in the worksheet itself. Same-Same.

Is Tempo the best MLS system yet, or what?

I've seen and am using some really cool Excel spreadsheets.
Full of macros. Export, then load MLS data into them. Click the top of each column to sort the listings by sale date, gla, lot size, whatever. Comp sorting was never easier.

Not that it's all that easy picking comps. Too bad the lawyers say I can't share them with anyone. It's a great tool. A lot of hours must have gone into the creation, so it makes sense.
