Default Tried to call ACI over 30 times today

ACI is very busy due to new forms

Yep, Sales line picks up right away. Paid $298 10 days ago and I still don't have the new 1004MC.
Apparently there are a few issues with Vista. 3 days and counting for tech. support to call back.
Customer service at it's finest...

Try e-mailing tech support at support@aciweb.com. It is only taking a week (7 full days) to get a response.

I miss my DayOne software. It could do so much more, and more easily than ACI.

I called them several months ago for a demo disk and still don't have it. They seem like a very sloppy organization.

I was contacted by ACI. I understand they are busy with the new form situation (which my problem was not related to), but I had numerous people from ACI call to ensure that I was take care of. Thanks.

I purchased the updates on 4/1/09 and had it up and going 3 days later. Somehow when I first purchased my software license in 2004, I was given a 2000 version when caused problems with my APEX sketching, but after day three my sales rep Scott who sold me the update helped me. Then on day 5 a tech called me. Call your sales rep. if necessary, they can help out quite a bit.

1004mc print off + ink pen + calculator + scanner = 1004mc form in your DayOne report.

No reason to let it go.....yet.....
