Got "his" state license in Feb 07, 8 months before I got my CR.

Does that mean I'm still a newbie?

I'm bored, tell me some of your stories from the "old" days. Back when you made mistakes

Lots of Jim Walters / united bilt homes around. Appraised one....i thought. About 5 years later went back to appraise it again....As I looked in the ceiling in ONE bedroom, I noticed those little strips across the celing with little white plastic flower pedals over marlite panels.....like you only see in manufactured houses...hmmm. Yep Totally redone except that one ceiling. You couldn't see the steel frame from the crawl hole. Nothing else could ever give you a clue.
