Just one player short. After spending the last few weeks with no work, and the poor prospect of getting good solid work, I have decided to call it quits.

This “business” is not a business anymore. I regreat having to make the decision to move on, but it seems the Cuomo made that choice for me. With no real work for the past three weeks, and raising expenses what else can you do?

I was offered a “job” back in the IT field. At least with this, I will have no long term liability, and the chance to make up to $95.00 hour. Working in a business that is still respected, and something I enjoy doing. The hours will not be better, but life in general will be.

I will miss a few of the people that I have meet, and regret not getting to meet more of you.

I do have two Disto’s that I’m looking to sell One A5 (no Bluetooth) and a A6 (with Bluetooth).

So if any of you need some tech work, let me know. I’ll be glad to help

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL.

I HAD TO QUIT DOING CONV WORK BECAUSE OF THE PRESSURE TO HIT THE MARK. OR, THE MB WOULD SHOP THE REPORT AND EACH PMS UNDERWRITER HAD THEIR IDEAS. ATE UP MY TIME BECAUSE BY THAT TIME "WE WANT TO CLOSE AT 2:30 TODAY"
SO, ALL I DO IS VA AND RELO.

VA HAS BEEN WONDERFUL-BUT BARNEY AND THE BOYS ADDED THE MC (MONKEY CR_P) AND NOW HAVE SEND THE O&A WITH REPORT.
NOT HARD TO DO BUT EVERYTHING HAS TO BE PERFECT. THATS OK --BUT--IT TAKES AN ADDITIONAL TWO HOURS--THATS A DAY AND HALF PER WEEK. AT WALMART PAY, IT WOULD BE $20 EXTRA PER REPORT. SAME FEE, 350 CHICKENS, FOR THREE YEARS WITH NO INCREASE.
MY OFFICE BUILDING ON WALNUT STREET ACROSS FROM WALMART BEEN EMPTY A YEAR, FIRST TIME IN 17 YEARS. $3000/MONTH LESS CASH FLOW FOR MY LITTLE FAMILY. IF IT WAS NOT PAID FOR WOULD HAVE LOST IT LAST YEAR.

MY WIFE AND I ARE 75 YEARS OLD AND IN GOOD HEALTH SO I REALLY CANNOT COMPLAIN---BUT THINGS HAVE GONE TO HELL.
A__ HOLES IN SD BEHIND ME WILL NOT LET ME PARK AN UNLICENSED CAR ON MY COMMERCIAL LOT. TO LIC, MUST HAVE INSURANCE, etc.

AM I UNHAPPY-HELL NO, MY FRIENDS IN UKRAINE HAVE IT WORSE.

BUT I HAVE SEEN BETTER DAYS AND DO NOT SEE MUCH BETTER FOR NEXT 3 YEARS.

WITH ALMOST 5000 UNITS FOR SALES IN NW ARK, IT IS GOING TO GET WORSE BEFORE IT GETS BETTER.
