....first you make a paper hat which resembles a roof.............

...........then throw on a pair of bright white cotton longjohns/longjanes as the case may be....

...........then ya write all necessary dwelling specs all over yourself ........glue photos of your anterior and interior to your front and rear core...........

..............then...........glue photos of recent sales which resemble you .............

...............then.............paste an Overnite Mail ticket on your forehead and go hide in your mail box till the letter carrier picks you up.

.................when your client opens you in the morning ............YELL............... "IM WORTH A MILLION BUCKS!" .......

DONT FORGET TO SMILE.

As an individual, it would be diffucult to become an appraisal unless an appraisal is tattooed all over your body. And an appraiser would have to be the artist.

Following a line of thought in a different thread, would the artist need to be a licensed appraiser or would the very act of creating the appraisal render the artist an appraiser? If the latter, isn't the act something of a self-fulfilling activity?

Which comes first? The appraiser or the appraisal? By some accounts, one must be an appraiser to develop and report an opinion of value. By other accounts, one does not become an appraiser until such an action is taken.

What a predicament...

...one can simply "act as an appraisal".

Default Friendly Tip To An Appraisal Wannebe

I would advise them that if they do become an appraisal to stay away from Rudy's deadly clipboard.

A tattoo artist wouldn't really have to be an appraiser. The tattoo artist can tattoo the appraisal on the body as long as it's signed by an appraiser.

The tatoo artist needs to be licensed, in most states.

The tatoo artist would be making a significant contribution and would need to be cited in the body of the report.

The report might have some interesting addenda.

A trainee once called me on the phone asking if I accept any trainees at the moment, so I told him to email me his resume and I'll let him know if I do, he asks for my email address, so I said nyappaiser@*****, he then asks me to spell it please, I hung up.....
