Default How confidential is your review after you send it out to the client?

The client can do pretty much whatever they so desire with the report. Confidentiality applies only to the appraiser/reviewer.

Any appraisal performed for a public agency is public record. There are numerous examples of those reports floating around the internet.

Does the appraiser still need to keep the confidentiality of that report or it is thrown out of the window.?

A primary aspect of confidentiality is that it is information that is not available from any other source.

That said, why would an appraiser need to comment on something that is in the public domain except perhaps to confirm or deny that it is their work?
