Default Licensed to Certified

I spoke with the ACLB yesterday. The turn-time for the Licensed to Certified process is currently no less than two months.

It took over five months from the date I dropped off my full package (May 20) to the package in the mail authorizing me to take the test (October 17).

Perhaps i'll slip a $20 bill in the package, to help "grease the wheels". Karen would just love that.

I turned in the renewal last Thursday. The new license was in the mailbox this morning. That's some good turn time.
I'm gunna hope the LtoC upgrade goes that quickly & smoothly too.

I took in the Certified upgrade paperwork today. I explained to Karen that i'm trying to get this done prior to Jan 10, 2010 (the day i leave for Army BCT, Hooah). She agreed to fast track my process. Big thanks to Karen & the ACLB.
She picked a report, for me to bring in, for her to review. I did the appraisal back in July of '08. It was a doozie, a ranch home on 5 acres with a bunch of equestrian buildings (near the city of Jefferson). Karen you're good at picking the good ones.
So i get back to the office, look over the report, & yeah it's perfect. Poor comparable sales (as you can imagine), but a good analysis & a good report.
So i'll take it in tomorrow & see if she agrees with me.
