Market/Exposure time
I am working on a vacant Mfg. Home Facility in North Al with about 25% vacancies of simular properties. Problem..My client ask for Marketing time.
Any forecast on my part would be unsupportable and pure conjecture on my part because I do not have a clue!! I tell my client this but they insist that I estimate it. Would I be in violation of U S P A P to use my "best Judgement" and forecast this "marketing time" based upon what? Thanks...need help |
