NY Certified General Appraiser Available for review/supervisory assignments
Seeking certified residential appraisers with at least 3 years experience and their own (preferably non-lender) clients, who would like to begin appraising commercial, industrial and mixed use properties. I have a low cost form product available for non-complex commercial and industrial properties. I have geographic competence for Long Island and NYC.
