Default Forest City Arkansas

I am doing an appraisal for estate in Chicago and client (attorney) says the deceased has a property to be appraised in Forest City. Please PM me if you work that area and would like me to forward your information to attorney.

Dwight Brown, past state board chair and a friend of mine, works far E. Arkansas.
Frank Chudy is in Carlisle and I can recommend his work as well.

Once upon a time, Dwight Brown was on one side, I on the other with another appraiser named Dwight (Pattison) and after 5 hours of testimony, the judge decided Frank's tie-breaker report was better than either our side or Dwights... Frank didn't have to testify. We did. His daughter was getting married if I recall correctly.
You can get a contact number on the board site.

Both of Terrel's suggestions are good.
