Default SWFDESK2 - Restricted?

Is the SWFDESK2 considered a restricted use appraisal.

The Intended Use as stated in the certification on the bottom of the form says its a summary appraisal report and is intended for use by the client only.

We have an AMC that ordered it and IMO this report is restricted and the client and only the client would be able to be listed according to the new AMC law.

Thanks in advance for the replies.

SWFDESK2?

In English, please. I can't keep track of all of the forms. Give me the Fannie number for it.

The form's intended use is for the client ONLY...which, under Illinois Rules makes the AMC the client. The form's intended USER is for the lender/client.
This form was created when the lender and the client were considered to be one in the same. Insofar as Illinois is concerned, any assignment you receive via an AMC makes the AMC the client and the lender the additional intended user.

CLIENT: the party or parties who engage an appraiser (by employment or contract) in a specific assignment.

INTENDED USE: the use or uses of an appraiser’s reported appraisal, appraisal review, or appraisal consulting assignment opinions and conclusions, as identified by the appraiser based on communication with the client at the time of the assignment.

INTENDED USER: the client and any other party as identified, by name or type, as users of the appraisal, appraisal review, or appraisal consulting report by the appraiser on the basis of communication with the client at the time of the assignment.

Sorry to come back to such an old post but just to clarify. We can put the lender as an additional intended user even though the intended use is for the Client (AMC) only?
