Default Appraisal Academy

I know there were several upcoming classes scheduled by this provider so FYI the school's license is suspended currently. Glad I checked the idfpr.com website before signing up....

Does anyone know how the Appraisal Academy ran afoul of the State regs? They have been providing education services for a long time. I would have thought they would be up to date on current requirements.

You'd think.

The formal hearing is August 3. It's open to the public.

Default Surprise

Personally, its a big surprise to me.

A couple of guys at my office got pinched and have to take other courses because they attendend his class while his license was not in good standing.

I've taken classes from them for prior renewals and found them to be more real world and grounded than other providers. The course locations were more convenient in comparison to the AI as well.

Good luck Dennis, your going to need it!

Joe
