Post Please Help Me - Uad Info Needed For Inclusion In Report

Can anyone post/send me a PDF of the pages of UAD Info they include in reports? I'll take the text in a .txt or .doc file or anything really. I have completely forgotten to include the UAD definitions to meet the requirements of Certification 23 on the 1004 URAR.

PLEASE, I need to ship this report before Midnight.

Thank you so much guys!

Doesn't your software have a canned addendum with the pre-printed abbreviations. I know a la mode has at least two separate forms for that task. Sorry if I'm missing the point of your question.

Anon,

SFREP has the UAD Glossary pages. It is called "UAD Abreviations Explained" (find it under the contents/addt'l addend 6)

There are 3 pages Only use pages 1 and 2, unless you add more abbreviations, which is page 3.

If you don't have the updated software, you can c & P the UAD abbreviations.

Just go here https://www.efanniemae.com/sf/lqi/um...forlenders.pdf

and save the pdf to your desktop.

Then open it and go to page 34

Go to "Edit" tab and click on "take a snapshot"

then put the pointer on page 34 and left click it.

Now you have copied that page.

Go to your report and find Fax/Scan addendum a and paste it.

do the same for pages 34-37

Add that to your report

It is also on page 12-16 of that word doc I sent you. You can copy and past that at the end of your addt'l comments.

You don't need to add the definitions for Cert 23. In fact, there is a good argument that it is better for you NOT to add it.

Took a course today at MBREA and they said that if I didn't then I could be in violation of Cert 23.

You can't "violate" your certifications, lie when you make them yes, but violate them no.

Not on probation. I have never been convicted of a crime.

Thank you Calvin for sending it to me. It's appreciated and sexually attractive of you to do so.
