I just got a new HP computer with Windows XP. I loaded ToolBox but keep getting an error message that reads "Run time error 35602, key is not unique in collection"
Has anyone ever experienced this, and if so was it resolved? I called Bradford they told to uninstall the program, re-boot my system, re-install, and try again. I had no luck, and by the time I called them back they were already closed. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. |
