As much as I'm not happy with the Cape Coral FL Boards change to the Planet Realtor DIS-Advantage system as their only source of MLS data (stinks). Yesterday, I joined the Fort Myers board (another extra cost)! which uses the Sunshine MLS system that I think is a FINIS product (not sure) and some agents are complaining about.

The conference is in New York. I don't do N. of the Charlotte County line, unless a hurricane has blown me over it!
