My mention that I have a non working toilet my master batroom in a previous
toilet thread but now closed. Which of the two has better inexpensive toilets, HomeDepot or Lows?

I have to put on my overalls and tackle the job this weeend.

I always compare between the 2 online. In the Boro, they are located across the street from each other, so all I have to do, once I make my choice and find the best price, is decide whether to turn left or turn right ....

If I live in one those northern yankee states that borders to the Canucks I would pick-up one those bad boy 5 gallon tanks and smuggle it back across to the US.

Then go to the other with a bid from teh customer service department in hand.

Get them to knock of 10% of the price .

Be sure to consider it's Highest and Best Use prior to forming any opinion of it's value.

Hope this helps.

Lowes link gives easy instructions on toilet installation, I don't need to read instructions, I have experience, plus I'm a man.

You don't know how tempted I was to do just that. The "energy saving" earth muffin crap they sell in the states blows.

As I said in another thread my husband dropped a bottle of perfume strait through our toilet bowl. Not a scratch on the perfume bottle but our old beautiful toilet is gone. . If you even looked at the old beauty when you flushed that thing your hair would blow in the wind it created.

Not we have this piece of junk dinky thing. I may just smuggle a better one from Canada or even start looking at salvage yards. <_<
