Just got a call again. Must be end of the year.

They wanted to pay $250 for a full field review!!!!!!!!!!!!! That all the lender was will to pay. Then they wanted by tomorrow morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bet me they got a skippie that really skiped and it looks bad enought to order a field review before closing tomorrow.

Now they are looking for a skippie reviewer to rubber stamp the appraisal and get it back to them in the morning.

By the way this is a rural appraisal.

We have some how got to stop this nonsense. They did not leave the order with me, said they had to get it done today. Now what good appraiser is going to drop everything make a rural run and get comparable sales and legals and get it all together by tomorrow moringing?

Up date, LSI just called back and said chase wanted the order place with me they would wait and meet my fee.

Maybe things are starting to change. I hope.

For the right price, I would do it under those circumstances, but that would have to be enough $$$ to put off the orders I am working on that will make those clients unhappy with me.

If they are willing to meet your price and time frame, I hope it goes will for you. If it was truly a skippy doing the work, I hope you nail him.
