There are 3 polls in this series.

1. Have you ever paid just to be on an internet appraisal directory (this does not include paying to be at the top of a county)?

2. Have you ever paid to be at or near the top of the list for your counties?

3. If you have paid - just to be on the list - how many appraisals (fully completed and paid in full) do you estimate you get per year from the PAY ONLY type of directories?

There is only ONE site where it's worth it to pay $$ for a top listing.

THIS poll is biased. What if someone paid more than $300 to get top listing?
