What can I do to help you as my mentor? I'm a whiz at typing, can take pictures, schedule appointments, and am willing to purchase the software you use to be compatible. I have access to MLS and know how to use the interface: I can find comps and map them in a report. Moreover w/a background in technical writing, I can taylor your market analysis with terse prose and create a beautiful document, if that's what you want. I also have Photoshop, Acrobat, and other software that if you think can be of value, I'm willing to use to help grow your business. Moreover, I have a digital camera, the know how to use it, and lots of computer saavy. Additionally, I have contacts that could bring in more appraisal business. Let's talk.
