I have recently started using the Sure Receipts method of sending my reports. Have had some problems, but most of them are worked out. LSI can't open them, so I have to send them as a PDF attachment to a regular email.
My biggist complaint so far, is there is no tracking of the report, until someone gets it and opens it.
I realized this first with LSI. They kept saying that they had not got the report, and I kept resending it. Finally found out that their internet set up will not allow their people to use Sure Receipts.
I have had others call and ask "Where is the report" I know I sent it, but unlike the old email program in Wintotal, I could not look at a sent list and give them the date and time that I had sent the report.
I emailed Tech Support with a suggestion about this.
I have had to make a folder, in my regular email program, and physically move all SureReceipts notices to that folder, so that I can make sure that folks have received their reports. But there is a gap from when I send it, until someone figures out how to open it, that there is no record of the report. That's not good!
