I have used AlaMode since it was a Dos program, back in the early 90's - I have never had this problem. On a recent report (only on this one so far), the square footage for sale #3 is 1576, but as soon as that number is entered and I click "enter", or anything else for that matter, it changes the SF to 1600. I have never seen this happen before - it's so weird. I finally had to just leave the comp SF at 1600, because I can't change it. Has this ever happened to any of you?

Solved the problem! I just noticed there is an option in the tool bar for rounding - I always use the "no rounding" option. Somehow the "round to 100) option was selected for that one comp, so it rounded it up to 1600 sf. As to how that option got selected, I haven't got a clue.
