Just got off the phone with another ex-client (ex as of when I hung up the phone). I got the old "Three hundred and eight thousand! You appraised it for three hundred throusand six months ago. This was a complete waist of time. I will just have to find someone else."

I usually dont care when this happens but for some reason it sort of ruined my day. I guess its the realization that he probably will find someone else to hit the desired value and make me look bad.

I just read a news story stating that the mortgage industry is going to take an almost 19% hit in 2006. Times are going to be tough and pressure to hit values and ignore conditions will be worse than ever.

Hang on tight. It's going to be a rough ride.
