Double B was the originator of "Skippie", the brain dead appraiser. So is there a similar term out there for a skippie type Realtor/Real Estate Agent/Real Estate Broker???

Got burned by two in a 7 day period, one made me wait 5 days to inspect a property only to find out it was a vacant lok-box, yesterday, no problem, go on over, it's a lokbox, but no one is ever home. You know the drill, walk inside, alarm goes off, gated community, stand by my car, clip board in hand, and wait for the PO lice.

Lee Ann Ms. Bonnie has moved up in the world. She traded in the gold jacket for a spot with ReMax and her main squeeze is a nip/tuck convertible driving surgeon. For the last year, it’s been an uneasy armistice with her...things will get back to normal soon enough I'm sure.

Glad to hear you and Bonnie have buried the hatchet... keep your powder dry tho, cause even hitching up with a well-heeled consort may not satisfy... HER idea of Bucks breaking the treaty may differ from yours. :P And Heaven help you if she winds up single again... bitters upended in beer ! Foam and fuss ensue and no one likes the taste.

I can honestly state that the day I saw Chuck he had no (ummm whadda you call them New Orleans symbol thingies anyway ) "one of thems" on any place visible on his attire nor tattooed on any skin (that was showing).

I'd make a fairly decent witness for the defense ya?

Given the nature of the meeting... CL's offspring Bday we won't pursue that line of dicussion any furhter :P Besides, his wife is a really decent gal and a lovely family overall, besides his Mom makes potato salad from about the same recipe as MY mom... yuuummmy!

Chuck has called twice and tried to get me to hit lunch with him and I'd surely like to do that, cept he's always hit me on a day I JUST ate or have appointments solid as rocks... Some time before I leave I'd like a list of places to go for lunch or dinner (not burgers thanks ) that are 'really good food', and not requiring a second mortagage to experience!
