incorrect appraisal

Appraisal only include half my total property size
Hello, I recently had an appraisal done and that appraiser only included half of the total property size as seen on public record. Basically my house sits in the middle of 2 lots and I pay 2 tax bills but when looking at the appraisal report it is missing the other 5000 sf of the 10000 sf lot...- NVirginia
