I fired em a few days ago, I'm done with them. Twenty nine years appraising and willing to do the difficult jobs for a fee, they are so unrealistic it sickens me.

I would be suprised if anyone did that for $75 but then again I bet someone will.

Is this another example of the AMC industry's lack of understanding the current forms? The current 1004C dated 03/2005 is an appraisal form, not an addendum.

There are gauging the appraisers fees for the Law suits to come.

Sounds like the fee for the pre-2005 1004C Addendum that was added to the standard 1004 if the property was a Manufactured Home.

I'll bet the post-2005 1004C Manufactured Housing fee is $175 at least ;)

sounds like the original (a)ppraiser forgot to attached the Addendum - they can't reach him / her on the ski slopes - and need to cover their butts.

or perhaps - that page was somehow detached from the original report and is floating in a bottle in the ocean heading for Pakistan ????
