Doing a manufactured home locally, and I know the MB and Home Owner are going to squeal like they are auditioning for Deliverance II. Do you think 14 comps would shut them up?:new_all_coholic:

It won't shut them up, but they will feel a bit silly complaining.

I'm thinking about giving them 3 to start with, when they ask for at least 2 more, I'll give them 11. That should throw underwriting for an unexpected loop. Its almost a new year, and I'm feeling a little frisky.:rof:
