2005 FHA form

I just completed a 1004 FHA report with the newest download from ACI. Lender says date of the form says 2003 not 2005 at bottom of report. What am I missing. Any with help is appreciated. I have already left message with ACI and havent hear back. Thanks for help

There is no "FHA" form. I suggest you brush up on mortgagee letter 2005-34, and 2005-48. If'n you ain't up to date on the protocol, you might'n be in violation of USPAP competency requirements. :shrug: I'm just saying......:new_smile-l:

2005-34 & 2005-48 explain that addition HUD form supplements are no longer needed. If you do not have these letters, I suggest googling HUD 2005-34 & HUD 2005-48 and reading the letters. It must have been a while for you and an FHA appraisal.

There is no "HUD' form. FHA/HUD adopted the Fannie Mae 03/05 forms. Take a look at Mortgagee letter 2005-34. Walks you through it line by line.
