3.6 UAD on site checklist PDF

We can agree to Disagree with some of this.. the new 3.6 asks for pics of type of fence! (Which is Stupid).. didnt see that in this checklist.. lol. "KISS".. Keep it simple, Man.. your already going to be paid Minimum Wage for your efforts!

100% man I just asked AI to give me a list based on 2.6 to 3.6 differences. After I do a few I'll have it down appreciate the input
 
Digger I think it's an excellent idea. When FHA went psycho with their requirement changes back in 1999-2000 I customized my own sheet which was a big help in the field. Of course the data to be gathered in 3.6 is mind boggling compared to that old FHA change. I'm still waiting for the one magic machine that will gather it all in the field, I think there are half a dozen for sale from various sleazy Buzz tinker wagons, but naturally none of them work. :)

I don't plan on doing mobile inspection either unless they make it so simple that I can do it on my phone. I can't imagine carrying an ipad around while I'm crawling around bushes and dodging spider webs all while trying to sketch a house. 9 times out of 10 I already have a county sketch printed out that I write my measurements on.

Yeah man, best to learn from first principles and dive right into the UAD specifications, which are provided for free. I also put together a pretty comprehensive worksheet that lists the matching AD fields and whatnot:

 
Nice bro where you been? And you could throw 3 comps in that worksheet and send it lol that is comprehensive
