Digger's is a high level overview to help you make sure you capture the big picture requirements. What I put together helps you capture the specific UAD fields (which are marked) for folks who need that sort of thing. They can both be used together

Once you pick that phone up, you try my app for this. It auto-labels the images using the on device vision model (not the cloud) which of course you can correct/override in a tap). No connection needed for it to work btw, which is great for rural, building interiors etc.

I got a direct lender who wants me to start practicing 3.6 for real in august. The others, dead silence. But, no one here has actually done a few, to really speak about it.
A lot of the pre advice is helpful, but show me the beef.
