They agreed to pay my fee so it is difficult to turn down the assignment request.

It's been two years since I have done a partial interest and I want to be current in my methods and thinking.

If anyone has any comments they will be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps someone has had some feed back from clients, lenders, or reviewers.

Thanks and have a God filled day. God bless America and all our people who are going in harm's way.

I try to keep up with reading the AI forum and there is an appraiser active there that specializes in partial interests. I'll try to get his name and number for you.

Good Luck!
