I am hoping to take the 7 hour USPAP 2008, but all of the online providers seem to still be advertising the 2006 course, including the AI. Does anyone know of any online providers, or of any 2008 USPAP class being offered in the Maryland area this winter?

Won't be available until after March. Take a live class.

I may be offering one in Delaware before March.

Most of what you learn is from other appraisers in the class.

Yes, I much rather take a live class, but I don't know of any being offered in the Mid-Atlantic states until March, that is why I posted to see if there are any out there :)

Don, you may want to check into doing one in the DC market as DC licenses expire 2/29/2008 for all DC people, as well as the MD and VA appraisers who expire on a random basis :)
