Don't know how to set up a link, so go to...

<startribune.com> and search "drive-by" [hyphen is necessary]

BELOW IS COPIED FROM STAR TRIBUNE WEB SITE today 3-14-02:

"Lawsuit filed by Minneapolis firefighter is dismissed
Kavita Kumar, Star Tribune Staff Writer

Melanie Metz was demoted from captain to firefighter by Chief Rocco Forte in 1999 for taking credit for fire code inspections she never conducted, a practice described as a "drive-by."
Published 14-Mar-2002"

How are you going to defend your 'drive'bys,' dear Appraiser?

Just a mental morsel for this gorgeous, blizzardy day in Minneapolis. Gonna get a foot of snow this pm and evening and night.

Looks like another case of "I did something wrong, but am not the one to blame."

Nice timing as I just walked from doing a .... gulp..... "Drive-By"!

But I'm sure if I ran into a problem, my client/lender would be right behind me........wayyyyyyy behind me!

So, after reading the article, I guess my best defense would be discrimination, since I'm a heterosexual male. ( , should this now be moved to the "Off Color Topic" section?
