For the last couple of years it occasionally gets depressing. All the pointy heads in our profession keep telling us we’ve gone the way of the buggy whip and soon will not even exist. Funny thing, no one has gotten the word out to the people who need us. I’m backed up 2 weeks, the phone
calls have been going into voice mail for the past 2 months and I’ve had 3 messages this week from mortgage brokers that hate me asking me politely if I can do some work for them. Fat chance. By this time next year we might not be needed anymore and tomorrow a wayward asteroid might do us all in, but as of this moment here in the No Free Lookup Zone, the fax bin is full, Ted Nugent’s on the CD, and the ale is free and plentiful.

Ahhh... the joy of another Bobby Bucks post on a late Friday afternoon.

Sounds familiar, ALL except letting the phone always ring into voice mail. For some reason I always pick it up. Maybe that is why I don't ever get anything done.

Have A GREAT Weekend,
Damon

Now if I could just figure out how to fit my office in a golf cart???

What state are you in? Where I am, appraisers are a dime a dozen, unless they are numbers hitters, then they are backed up with work.

So what sort of "adult" enjoyment do you suppose William is partaking of at this early hour of the afternoon to be doing some archive searching? :rof:
