Here is the FedEx URL for checking a property address.

It appears to be a good and quick way to check the validity of an address when there is some doubt as to the correct address.

I have run into a number of instances lately where the title company will say the address I used on an appraisal is wrong. I inspected the property. They didn't. Go figure.

Mapquest at http://www.mapquest.com/ is also a good way to check an address.

Have a good day!

Had one the other day, the zip code for the address in the tax records didn't match what I had on the property. The ole U.S. Post office confirmed my zip for me.
