Normally when I get a review, it's easily fixable.
My most recent one, I had a major issue relating to public records. Some lenders are more strict.
Why do reviewers always follow public records as word of God?
I didn't want reviewer to tell me how I appraise and I was at the point of just let it me and may be not get paid. I stopped taking orders from this lender knowing how strict they are in reviews.

Then reviewer contacted me and we talked for half an hour.
With my Fernando charm, we worked out a compromise by me adding additional verbiage in addressing the issue.
In the end, everything worked out and every one is happy. One less stress gone.

Not happy with this story. Normally they are amazing. This story is....BORINGGGGGG!

My opinion. Hopefully other readers find it attractive, but can’t say I do. Sorry. Just the truth.

No...it was awesome. He referenced his Fernando Charm. My mind is simply awhirl with the possibilities there. He said so much by saying very little. Love you man...

Yep. Very much a non story. Reminds me a little of the first days of Twitter. "I'm thirsty. I'm opening my soda now. Ow! I cut my finger on the tab. Ahhh!... that's good." Sheeesh. Who cares?
