ACI - PDF sending

Recently shipped a couple of jobs in PDF format; got call backs on an issue regarding "Floor Plan" - seems the reciever was getting a major reduced version-1" by 1" - is that because they may not have the ACI reader???
Any assistance would be helpful; thanks in advance*
 
You need to change the setup in PDFWriter. Go to printers, right click on PDFWriter for Properties, click the details tab, click setup, change resolution to 300 dpi and make sure the paper size is legal. This should correct the problem. This is a standard problem with ACI. Once corrected you will have no problems.

Jay, thanks for the hint, went in & made changes, hopefully that will resolve problem.
