I purchased Apex Medina v4 about 2 months ago and I do like it. I am about to purchase a tablet and will need either ACI Sketch or Apex Nexus for the tablet. ACI explained to me that their sketch software has come a long way and will work with the pen on the tablet. Also, it's ONLY $49.00 versus approximately $200.00 for Nexus, in which I will not even use their data collection due to the fact it will not integrate with ACI. This is all new per ACI, and Apex just recently learned of ACI's move I have learned.

Has anyone used ACI Sketch on their desktop and/or on a tablet? Does it have glitches? Is it as easy to use as Apex? Or should I just stick with Apex, in which I have used for almost 15 years. I look forward to your opinions.

Thanks!

I got the email notification from ACI. I am interesting in knowing what others think.

Have you checked to see if ACI offers a trial download for 30 days? They do on most of their appraisal software.:icon_idea:

Good idea "Lord". However, ACI doesn't have a "trial period".

Sure they do Ric, try this: http://www.aciweb.com/support/updates.aspx.

Mike Van at ACI sent me a personal email. I'm sure he would send you a demo if you wanted. Here's his info:
Mike VanACI Software 800.234.8727 ext 809Or, just download it above. I'm sure it will work for a trial period. But, I haven't tried it yet.:)

I was looking into it last year, they let me play with the sketch program at that time for a while. I almost converted, but am the kind that doesn't like change that much (past experience's) so I did not. The program at that time was fine, fairly easy to use and will probably switch this year, with the new & improved format.

You can always go back; have been using Apex for over 20 years - sometimes change is good....dunno
