I am getting ready to buy a new computer. Yesterday, I call ACI Technical Support and discussed with them about compatibility of ACI2009 with Vista. I was told by ACI Tech Support that there still many bugs (especially the sketching software) making it difficult to work ACI 2009 on Vista.

I don't want ACI 2009/Vista problems on regular basis. I would like to hear what are some of the solutions for working with ACI 2009. Should I just try to find another computer with XP, instead of Vista?

I don't have any experience with ACI and Vista, but I do have some experience with Vista and I don't care for it. If I were buying a new computer today, I'd buy a Dell and pay extra to have XP Pro loaded on it.

William,

What sketching problems did they report? Maybe I can help with some answers/advice in that regard.
