I voted for ACI but the main reason I use it is once you start there is just too much of a learning curve to switch. I can say there customer support is pretty good. From what I hear Wintotal is a good product too.

i was an alamode user but a few years ago the actions of the owner made me change.

Love Total and have 0 complaints using it nor recommending. Been using it over 10yrs
(FTR: tried ACI when I was a trainee and didn't like it; but that's just me and almost 10 yrs ago)

I have used both....a la mode hands down....I believe that you can download both and test them for a short time period...

I used ACI for a bunch of years and switched to Total > 3 years ago. Not switching back.
