How do I change comps that are over an acre as sq.ft. in Total

You can always override the UAD formatting of any field by pressing the "lock" button after you make your entries (or hit Control-L) however you will trigger error checkers downstream when your client tries to submit your file. It's best to follow the industry standard UAD conventions unless you have a specific reason not to.

In the AI form you do this on page 3. It's right in the middle of the page. You set the size and select either Sq. Ft. or Acres, and it populates elsewhere, including the grid. Likewise, you have control over each of the comps. The AI form is great for non-bank clients.
